Product descriptions, including nutritional information and organic certification status, are provided in good faith. Availability is subject to seasonal variations and crop yields. We reserve the right to adjust product availability and pricing based on market conditions.
3. Ordering & Purchases
When you place an order on EcoFila, you are making an offer to purchase products. We reserve the right to accept or refuse any order. All orders must include accurate delivery information and contact details. Prices are subject to change without notice, and any price changes will be reflected before checkout.
4. Payment Terms

5. Delivery & Shipping

We take special care to ensure produce arrives fresh and undamaged. If produce arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

All products sold through EcoFila are certified organic and meet strict quality standards. We guarantee the freshness and quality of our produce. If you receive defective, damaged, or expired products, we will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
7. Returns & Refunds
Returns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Due to the perishable nature of organic produce, most items cannot be returned. However, if produce is damaged or doesn't meet quality standards, we will issue a full refund or replacement. Non-perishable items may be returned unopened within 7 days of purchase.
8. Allergies & Health Disclaimers
While all EcoFila products are organic and processed carefully, we cannot guarantee complete absence of allergens. Customers with severe allergies should contact us before ordering. EcoFila is not responsible for allergic reactions caused by product consumption. Always verify ingredient information before purchase.
